Tao Pai Pai (桃白白) is a world famous assassin. He is contacted by the most powerful men on Earth. He is also the brother of Tsuru Sennin . He is an antagonistic character in the Red Ribbon RR Army Saga.

After his fight against Goku everyone believed him dead, but he reappeared a few years later, transformed into Tao Pai Pai Cyborg. He participates in the Tenkaichi Budokai Martial Arts Tournament in order to get revenge on Son Goku and his former disciples Ten shin han and Chaozu for joining Goku.
