Shenron or Shen Long is the magic dragon that appears to grant a wish when all 7 Dragon Balls are put together. Like the latter, it was created by the Almighty.

Dragon Shenron can be summoned when all seven Earth Crystal Balls are brought together. He can then grant any wish, as long as it does not require a power superior to his creator, the Almighty.

Shenron cannot grant the same wish twice and it is impossible to resurrect the same person twice. After being used, the crystal balls become simple stones for one year. It is then impossible to summon Shenron within this time.
